Mozzarella-stuffed meatballs on a bed of delicious potatoes

 

Ingredients


 

For the Meatballs

  • 1 kg ground beef (halal-certified)
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, cut into small cubes
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp salt

For the Potatoes

  • 1 kg medium-sized potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

For Coating

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Additional oil for frying

Preparation Steps

Preparing the Meatballs

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine:

    • Breadcrumbs
    • Eggs
